Before writing a single line of code, plan!

What every dev portfolio needs:

1. Hero, Name, title, short bio, CTA button
2. About, Your story, what you do
3. Skills, Technologies you know
4. Projects, 3-6 real projects with links
5. Contact, Email, LinkedIn, GitHub

Design principles

• Dark or light. Pick one and stay consistent
• 1-2 accent colors only
• Lots of white space. Less is more
• Mobile first
